1989
A park operations foundation
RLC Enterprize was founded by Rick Carswell after working as a park ranger right out of high school. The company began by supporting park operations on Vancouver Island, starting with MacDonald Park.
2021
Regional growth through park services
RLC Park Services was formed and now supports 30 provincial and regional parks, including 10 of Vancouver Island's most popular campgrounds.
